Blueprint
To construct something, a solid blueprint beats a speech hands down. This plan requires some components to be completed. Blueprints can be found all over the ship. A few come with different characters (e.g Terrence Archer's Support Drone). They need specific required items to be present, either in Character's Inventory or Storage Unit in the same room.
